This treatment uses various massage techniques; shiatsu and acupressure, working on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The variety of massage movements are used to relieve accumulated tension, and restore joint movement.

Natural Lift Facial Massage - 40 mins £25.00
This massage incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques from Indian Face Massage (also known as Facial Rejuvenation or the Natural Facelift), with complementary techniques from Japanese Facial Massage, and Acupressure Reflexology for the face.

Finally, the massage includes the beauty facial techniques making this a wonderful and relaxing massage. The Japanese influence involves the facial meridians and can affect the balance of health in the whole body, as well as the specific flow of Ki in the face.

It is recommended to start with 6 weekly sessions to get the skin to an optimum level and then monthly sessions to maintain the skins condition.

Reiki (earth) which can be felt as heat and forms the base through which the other elemental rays can work.
